Lead Pastor - Iglesia Evangelica Pentecostal Emanuel

Full time (25-40) hours per week Senior Pastor according to 1 Timothy 3:1-7. A leader to teach and communicate effectively to people of diverse age groups, education levels, cultural and spiritual backgrounds. This position requires someone who can undertake challenges and practice problem solving in a collaborative and professional manner, with a willingness to establish key leadership roles and delegate responsibilities within the congregation. • Basic Education and Pastoral Credentials in good standing with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada • In-depth Theological understanding • 2-3 years experience as a Lead Pastor (preferred but not mandatory)
