- Mature existing Children's Ministries leadership
- Encourage and value the calling in others.
- To become a positive, contagious force in Canada.
- Celebrate successes and tell the stories across Canada
- Create an awareness of ministry to and through children in our fellowship.
- Resource effective and proven tools to catalyze and enhance ministry
- Inspire and equip missional teams to reach children
- Impact communities with the Gospel and catalyze ongoing local ministry to children.
