We reach people creatively, using the gifts God has given us.
OUR MISSION IS TO GLORIFY GOD BY MAKING DISCIPLES ACROSS CULTURAL BOUNDARIES BY PROCLAIMING AND PRACTISING THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST IN THE POWER OF THE HOLY SPIRIT.

Our Ministry Priorities
Unreached/least reached people are where less than two per cent of the population are followers of Jesus Christ. For reasons ranging from politics, geography or language barriers.
Children and youth need nurturing, education and spiritual guidance. We are reaching the next generation for Christ through schools, community outreach, and family empowerment.
The poor and marginalized make up over 700 million people live on less than one dollar a day worldwide. They are at the margins of society, with little hope of improving their life status. We work alongside them to empower them and change their circumstances.
People living in major urban centres are a focus because of the rapid increase of urbanization worldwide will result in 3 billion urbanites by 2050, the majority of which will be in Africa and Asia. Cities are prime places to spiritually reach masses of people.
People in the marketplace applies to nations where traditional ministry is limited but business flourishes and through professional relationships, people can be reached for Christ.

The history of Mission Global
In 1908, 11 years before we organized as The Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada (PAOC), two families left Toronto for the mission field: Charles and Emma Chawner to South Africa and Arthur and Jessie Atter to China. Workers soon followed these pioneers to Liberia (1910), Egypt and India (1911), Argentina (1913), Tanganyika (1914) and Kenya and the West Indies (1918). During the last 108 years more than 3,000 Canadian Pentecostals have served as messengers of the gospel in over 70 nations.
Making Disciples is the "North Star" that has oriented Mission Global, kept us on track, guided our decision making and shaped our strategies.
During the 60s, 70s and 80s, the missionary family grew to nearly 275 serving in 35 countries, with significant impact in Kenya, Uganda, the West Indies, Argentina, Brazil, Thailand and Hong Kong.
In the past decade there has been significant growth, resulting in our missionary family increasing to over 330 and mission giving to over $31 million. Both of these measures are more than double the numbers of the year 2000. We are grateful for renewed passion and the empowerment of God’s Spirit in our mission to the ends of the earth that continues to this day.
