Restricted Gift Policy

If a project or budget has been fully subscribed, PAOC reserves the right and is responsible to re-direct the funds to other projects/budgets. Spending of funds is confined to PAOC approved programs and projects. Each restricted contribution designated toward an approved program or project will be used as designated with the understanding that when the need for such a program or project has been met or cannot be completed for any reason as determined by PAOC, the remaining restricted contributions designated for such program or project will be used where it is most needed.
