You will need to register with the primary email address on record with the PAOC International Office.
Notify the PAOC of the email change by contacting credentials@paoc.org.
Once the email has been updated in the PAOC International Office records, you will need to go through the steps to create a new account with the new email.
Registration Instructions - PAOC Portal Account Creation Process
Instead of registering, click on the “Sign In” button instead.
After clicking on the standard login button, enter your email address. If it asks you for a password, you have an account. If not, you do not currently have a registered account under that email address.
If you do not remember your password, click on the “Forgot Password” button. This will send a code to your email. Enter the code sent to your email and you will be able to reset your password.
If you have tried your email address(es) and none are working, please contact credentials@paoc.org to confirm what email address is on your credential record.
If you already have a portal account for your credential renewal, it will be linked to your church so you can complete the ACLR through your credential renewal login.
You will see a “Churches” box on the landing page beside the “Credential” box. You can complete your ACLR in the “Churches” box.

Existing portal user Credential Renewal instructions
1. After logging in, select “the Credentials icon.”
2. In the left-hand menu, select Pending Renewals.
3. Click the blue Credential Code link next to your pending renewal to complete the form. The Status will show what stage
your credential is in (Ready to Renew, Pending, or Completed).

Existing portal user ACLR instructions
1. After logging in, select “Church”
2. In the left-hand menu, select “ACLR”
3. Click on the record labeled with the correct Church and Fiscal Year to start the ACLR survey
