Client Relations Manager

The company is actively seeking to have an impact among a frontier people group in the region where they work and are looking for a hard-working team member to be a Client Relations Manager. The position is a critical link between clients, sales and production, and enables each team/party to function at their best.
Skills
Responsibilities include facilitating clear and effective communication between US-based clients and Turkey-based operations center, understanding client needs and requirements and ensuring they are accurately conveyed to the operations team, as well as maintaining and strengthening client relationships through regular check-ins, updates, and reviews. The Client Relations Manager should have 3-5 years of client/relationship management experience, and a proven record of hitting sales goals, KPI’s, etc. Experience in the AEC industry would be a plus.
