As a member of the World Fair Trade Organization and the Freedom Business Alliance, it has been recognized for its commitment to social impact. Nearly half of the staff come from marginalized backgrounds, including survivors of human trafficking and bonded labor. The company is seeking an experienced business leader to work closely with the CEO and a team of directors to drive future growth and Kingdom impact. This role involves managing the sales and marketing team, while collaborating with senior department leaders in operations, finance, and HR. The ideal candidate is a motivated, confident, and results-driven individual, skilled at identifying opportunities and building client relationships. They should be strategic thinkers, capable of managing a team across the US, Europe, and Nepal, with strong financial acumen and self-discipline. A commitment of at least three years in leadership is expected.
