Job Description
The Lead Pastor provides spiritual and operational oversight to all matters of the church. She/he shall work in consultation with the board to monitor the ongoing health and wholeness of the Members and Adherents, and to ensure the appropriate ministries, programs, leadership structures and resources in place to fulfill the mission and vision of the church.
Required Skills
- Credentials in good standing with the PAOC
- Post-secondary education from an accredited institution
- 2-5 years of experience in ministry is preferred
- Current Criminal Record Check available upon request
- Has a strong Evangelical/Pentecostal faith commitment and perspective
- Excellent communication skills (preaching, teaching, one on one)
- Use Technology effectively for ministry purposes
- Organized and able to develop and administer systems to facilitate ministry
Education Required
- Post-secondary education from an accredited institution
Experience Required
- 2-5 years of experience in ministry is preferred Post-secondary education from an accredited institution
