Ministry Focus Darcy and Leanne McAlister serve together working with leaders in Asia, Canada and around the world. Their passion is for leaders to live out God’s mission from a place of health and wholeness. They work at this through 4 key areas.
In Asia they lead our denominational mission in their city. They work with churches, a university, a school, and serve into the broader region around them. This mission was started decades ago by Sadie Macleod and it is the McAlister’s honour to continue this work.
In Canada Leanne heads up ZOE Network which connects women and men to God’s mission. Leanne and Darcy disciple leaders through ZOE and connect Canadians to the work our mission does with women overseas.
Globally Darcy and Leanne teach on marriage. They believe God puts couples together on purpose and His purpose for marriage is to demonstrate who He is! They work with couples, write marriage courses, and teach marriage seminars. Globally Darcy and Leanne work with leaders. They coach and mentor leaders towards a Spirit-filled life on mission using their gifts. They are based in Asia for half the year, responding to the significant need and request for help from leaders in Asia. The other half is based in Canada serving the Canadian context in the same way, but with a focus on developing and resourcing women (ZOE Resources) and helping men and women lead together.
Darcy and Leanne both have their MA in Leadership and are certified leadership coaches. Darcy is also a certified Birkman consultant. Darcy and Leanne love teaching and ministering together across Canada and around the world. Currently they live in Abbotsford and are ‘sent’ by Living Waters Church. Feel free to contact them about ministry or teaching opportunities!
