LOCATION: Asia, Canada, & Global
TRANSFORMATIONAL IMPACT: Our passion is to disciple and develop healthy leaders in Asia, in Canada, and globally as they step into God’s mission.
MINISTRY FOCUS: Leaders in Asia, Canada, and worldwide are calling for help as they face the pressures of a volatile world in their lives and families, as well as in their kingdom work. Thus, we split our time between Asia and Canada engaging in four areas of mission.
- In our Asian city, serving alongside gifted national partners, we work with leaders, local churches, universities, and our PAOC sponsored high school to help people discover Jesus.
- I (Leanne) lead ZOE Network. Through biblical discipleship and the power of Holy Spirit, we empower and activate women and men into the life God invites them to. Through ZOE, we also strive to empower vulnerable women worldwide.
- Together, we teach on marriage globally through courses, seminars, and prayer ministry.
- Both of us coach and mentor young leaders to live Holy Spirit filled, fruitful lives.
YOUR IMPACT: You can invest in ministry leaders internationally so that they will live out of a place of spiritual wholeness to activate their God-called role.
MINISTRY HISTORY: We said “yes” to missions in 1990, but it took time for God to open the door. In-between, we pastored in Surrey, Terrace, Langley, and Fort Langley. I (Darcy) served as the District Next Gen Director from 1996-2007 in B.C./Yukon. During that time, we started a mission apprenticeship and a mission discipleship program, while also holding retreats overseas for young global workers. In 2007, we began working with Mission Global. I (Darcy) served as the Personnel and Family Life Director, and I (Leanne) started ZOE Network. In 2019, 29 years later, we said “yes” to serving overseas, in addition to expanding ZOE. We both have a Master of Arts in Leadership, are certified coaches, and I (Darcy) am a Birkman Consultant.
PRAYER REQUESTS:
- For God to open the doors to reach new nations and people groups.
- For God to develop more fruitful leaders through our work with the ZOE Network, our Asian city, our marriage ministry, and one-on-one leadership discipleship/coaching.
- For God to keep us healthy and protect us as we travel and minister globally
