Their work also seeks to build bridges between diverse groups, fostering unity and understanding in a region marked by historical and ongoing conflicts. Through relationships, this person will seek ways to share the gospel with sensitivity and wisdom. 

Skills

This person or couple must exhibit exceptional cultural intelligence and sensitivity to navigate religious and cultural dynamics respectfully. Proficiency in strategic communication is vital to convey their message effectively while maintaining respect for diverse beliefs. Strong ethical leadership and integrity are essential to build trust and credibility within the community. Additionally, they need robust business acumen to ensure the enterprise's success and sustainability, providing a platform for influence. Patience, resilience, and a deep commitment to Christian values are crucial for persevering through challenges and demonstrating the transformative power of faith in both personal and professional spheres.  They would need to have exceptional resilience to navigate life and business in this struggling country. 

Before full deployment, it will be necessary to spend time in neighbouring countries learning Arabic.
