LOCATION: South Asia
OUR TRANSFORMATIONAL IMPACT: Our vision is to teach and train church leaders to reach their own communities for Christ in least reached regions throughout South Asia.
OUR MINISTRY FOCUS:
We minister in an area that has a highly dense population with most people battling extreme poverty. There is also considerable religious diversity, but very few have heard the gospel of Jesus Christ.
In response to these needs, we seek to teach and train leaders at a Bible college with approximately 100 students. I (R.) also am the principal at an elementary school for impoverished families, with 170 students in attendance. We also operate a sewing centre, offering necessary skills training for women to start their own businesses, so that they can provide for their families.
We also travel to various areas to train and develop pastors through seminars and conferences. Our desire is to help raise up a new generation of fully committed leaders who provide eternal hope to their communities.
OUR MINISTRY HISTORY:
We were both born and raised in South India. At sixteen years old, I (R.) felt called to bring the gospel to those living in North India. I answered the call and left my family to live in an entirely new part of the country with a different religious context and culture. I got involved in the training of hundreds of leaders. I (S.) also felt called to North India, where we met and later married. We then began serving as global workers in 2016. Both of us have completed our Master of Divinity degrees and have been blessed with two children.
PRAYER REQUESTS:
For God to provide more opportunities to reach people in the communities all around us.
For God to help us to impact more people for the gospel and continue to share His love and compassion to those in need.
For God to give us continued health and safety as we travel and serve in our roles.
