LOCATION: Colombia 

OUR TRANSFORMATIONAL IMPACT: Our vision is to strategically disciple Colombian communities by empowering and training local churches and national missionaries, while also reaching out to children at risk, within various cities throughout Colombia.     

OUR MINISTRY FOCUS: We want to help churches and leaders expand their thinking and horizons, to bring them new ideas to aid in their growth. We also wish to help them with resources that will expand their churches, train their people, and allow them to plant new congregations. 

As such, we lead evangelistic outreaches with national volunteers from multiple churches and international teams to minister in such places as schools, shopping centres, and parks. We help diverse churches to connect with people of all backgrounds, including local children’s homes, addicts, and those in desperate need. We also seek to build churches, children’s homes, and schools.  

Together we both work with various children’s ministries, but I (Patty) specially focus on children at risk. With decades of experience teaching children on the streets and other children with learning difficulties, I love to come alongside each child, to respond to their individual needs, while also training volunteers to work closely with them. 

YOUR PARTNERSHIP: Your partnership will help us to build churches, love children through some of the most difficult moments of their lives and present the gospel to tens of thousands of individuals each year.  

OUR MINISTRY HISTORY: I (Darren) was born in London, Ontario, and accepted Jesus at the age of 17. I have ministered in Colombia since 1995. I (Patty) was born in Colombia. I have served in missions since 1993 and am also a teacher specializing in child psychology. Together, we have two wonderful boys James and Darien. James is finishing up his studies, training to become a commercial pilot, while Darien is just beginning his studies in the arts and business.
