Rev. Jason Small

Jason Small serves as the superintendent of the Western Ontario District of the PAOC, overseeing more than 330 churches, 1,200 credential holders, four retreat centre campgrounds, and a Bible college.

Before stepping into this role, Jason was the director of the New Churches Network, where he helped plant churches across Ontario. He also served as the northern regional director, providing care for churches in northern Ontario and coordinating the First Nations ministry.

Prior to his work with in the PAOC office, Jason and his wife, Carla, planted a church in Waterdown, Ontario, pastored a church in northern Ontario, and served as missionaries in Hong Kong. He has a deep love for the church in all its expressions and is passionate about helping people step into God’s best for their lives. Jason leads by serving, encouraging, and empowering others to become leaders. He is especially inspired when people explore new and creative ways to share the love of Jesus.

Jason and Carla live in Barrie, Ontario. Their adult children, daughter Grace, son Caleb, and daughter-in-law Daniela, are attending university. In his free time, Jason enjoys riding motorcycles, playing hockey, and downhill skiing.
