Carlene Hornby Allen

Carlene has served on the General Executive of The Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada since 2006, and was re-elected at General Conference 2020, while also involved with Broadway Church in Vancouver, BC. She also serves as a trustee of the PAOC Pension Plan.

Carlene is a graduate of the University of British Columbia and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia. She is also a tax partner at KPMG, where she is responsible for the financial institutions and real estate tax practice. Carlene has also led the not-for-profit tax services practice.

Throughout her life, Carlene has been involved in ministry in numerous areas. She currently serves as a member of the church audit committee, is involved with women’s events, and is a member of the church worship team. She is also involved with various music ministries. Carlene and her husband, Ross, are also involved with numerous hospitality ministries. Carlene has co-prepared and taught several courses on the biblical principles of financial planning, and has been a speaker at a variety of conferences.
