Week of MAY 29, 2017

CANADA – QUEBEC

The Quebec District Conference is taking place this week in LaSalle, Quebec. Pray that leaders will be encouraged and receive clear direction from the Lord as they worship God, pray together and share ideas with each other on reaching their communities for Christ. Pray also for safe travel for everyone attending.

 

RESTRICTED ACCESS NATION

A RAN family has been separated from each other for two weeks because of visa difficulties. Pray that a much needed document will be received from the government by tomorrow (Wednesday, May 31), so that the family can apply for visas before the weekend and be reunited again.

 

KENYA

Please pray for the upcoming general elections in Kenya on August 8. Pray that the campaigns will be peaceful and that the candidates will be respectful toward one another.

 

Steve & Heather Chaloner

AFRICA

Pray for Steve and Heather as they begin a new chapter of ministry after having led PAOC’s Africa team for the past 10 years. Pray for Steve’s French language fluency as he is in intensive French studies in Quebec for the first part of 2017. Pray for the successful development of Portuguese missions programs which Steve and Heather will be involved with in the second half of 2017. Pray also that God will guide and bless missions mobilization and training in Francophone and Lusophone (Portuguese) Africa.
