Tuesday, April 5, 2016 is a significant day in the Maritimes. If you are a pastor in the PAOC’s Maritime district we encourage you to register now and join us next week as we come together for our 2020 Initiative Cross-Canada tour day on the theme of Missional Vitality.

We will be joined by pastors from across Canada who will be sharing, inspiring and challenging our hearts around Revitalization and Multiplication. Hear the personal and ministry journeys of Gary Taitinger from Mill Woods Assembly in Edmonton, Derrick Hamre of B.C., Louie Halbgewachs, lead pastor of OneChurch.ca in southeast Saskatchewan, and Bob Jones, pastor at North Pointe Community Church in Edmonton. This morning line-up of speakers sharing on revitalization is guaranteed to inspire you! There will be time for roundtable conversations as we consider what it means to see our Canadian churches revitalized. You will also hear vision for our missional work internationally as we engage with four local church pastors who share on what has brought vitality and growth to their local assembly and blessing to those around the globe.

At lunch you will come around tables to ask questions of these key leaders – a valued time of learning from one another and engaging on our united vision for mission.

The afternoon will include a time of hearing the heart of Dave Wells, our PAOC general superintendent, and other PAOC leaders including:

  • A Mission Canada worker reaching into a unique urban setting
  • Bill Markham, lead pastor of Central Community Church in St. Catharines, Ontario
  • A team of pastors explaining how a new church plant began in Eastern Ontario
  • Charles Hermelink and Brian Egert on reaching Canada’s cultural language groups and new Canadians
  • Murray Cornelius sharing insight on multiplication around the globe

If you are in the Maritimes, this is a day you don’t want to miss! It will be worth the drive from where you are to be with us in Kentville.
