MINISTRY FOCUS: Olya, a third-year Ukrainian student at Vanguard College in Alberta, Canada, has answered the call to serve in Israel, aiming to support those affected by both of the wars in Ukraine and Israel. Her ministry focus will involve partnering with local volunteers to assist in various projects, with a primary emphasis on caring for Ukrainian refugees, Holocaust survivors, displaced Israeli families, and reservists of the Israeli Defense Forces. Olya will actively participate in organizing events and facilitating the distribution of essential items such as clothing, food boxes, furniture, and appliances to those in need of immediate physical assistance.

MINISTRY HISTORY: From a young age, she was actively involved in ministry, volunteering with the International Fellowship of Evangelical Students (IFES) during her student years and serving within her church community. While being in Ukraine, Olya's heart for ministry grew stronger, as she served those in need. After moving to Canada, as a leader in the young adults community at her church, Olya has taken on various responsibilities over the past 2 years. She has led multiple small/home groups and has been actively involved in organizing events and services, all aimed at being a blessing for those around her.
