Today, with over 5 million church leaders worldwide and only 10% with formal theological training, the need for accessible training has never been greater. Each day, thousands of new believers are coming to faith, and churches are being planted.
The challenge is that those believers and those churches will lack the leadership of well-equipped men and women of God. In response, the Ministry Essentials Training Program has embraced the mission of equipping men and women of God for ministry in all contexts. The METP provides structured curriculum, leadership training, certificates and ongoing partnership for all who decide to partner with us.

Ministry History: The METP launched in 2019 in response to the equipping gap in ministry training around the world. Since then, the Ministry Essentials Training Program (METP) has been a beacon of hope, empowering thousands of untrained pastors and ministry leaders in over 25 countries and 20 languages spanning five continents.
