Our Vision: To equip, inspire, and encourage leaders around the world to fulfill their calling in the expansion of God's Kingdom.
Ministry Focus: We train leaders through teaching and coaching, primarily in Southeast Asia and Europe. Our focal topics have been on strategic planning, healthy leadership, creativity, church multiplication, empowering the next generation, change management, and the work of the Holy Spirit.
Ministry History: Jeff & Aynsley have led a thriving church in Ottawa since 2012. Prior to that, Jeff worked for Eastern Ontario District for 13 years - 8 as Youth Director and 5 as Mission & Ministries Specialist. Both are trained coaches. Jeff has a Masters in Ministerial Leadership and is trained in Birkman Certification. Jeff regularly does leadership training in conferences throughout Canada. They have been involved in international leadership development since the early 2000s. They are also involved in Global Leadership projects - Quest and METP.
