TRANSFORMATIONAL IMPACT: Our passion is to provide accessible training for Spirit-filled leaders, residing in diverse global contexts, who would otherwise have little to no access to formal training.
MINISTRY FOCUS: Out of the approximately 2.4 million pastors in the world, only 10% of them have had some form of theological training. Oftentimes, these church leaders don’t have access to theological training or the means to afford it.
My (Jason) goal is to help develop pastors and lay leaders, so they can use their gifts to passionately preach the gospel to their communities. I work with our GlobalEd Institute team, specifically as the administrator for our Ministry Essentials Training Program (METP). I also often travel to other parts of the world to train groups of future METP instructors for them to teach our materials to their own people in their own heart language.
I (Ariana) currently serve as a children’s pastor. I lead and pastor church volunteers and seek to instill the importance of each generation being represented in the local church. I also have spearheaded and developed children’s curriculum. I am passionate about women in leadership in the church and love to help other women live out their unique calling.
YOUR IMPACT: You will help to equip more pastors worldwide for effective ministry, to see the percentage of trained international ministry leaders increase exponentially.
MINISTRY HISTORY: Having grown up in Zimbabwe, I (Jason) am blessed to have developed a healthy worldview outside of the North America mindset. In 2020, I obtained my Bachelor of Theology (Not for Profit Leadership) from Summit Pacific College, along with a Humanities Certificate from Trinity Western University. From 2020 to 2023, I pastored as a university campus pastor at the University of Fraser Valley. I (Ariana) graduated from Summit Pacific College in 2020 and have worked as the Children’s Pastor at LifeSpring Church since 2019. We also recently welcomed our beautiful baby girl Indy Rae into the world and currently reside in Abbotsford, B.C.
PRAYER REQUESTS:
- For God to put a hunger in the hearts of the students to reach their people more effectively for Christ.
- For God to help us build relationships with more partners to walk alongside of us.
- For God to give us wisdom as we navigate being new parents to our precious baby girl.
