MY TRANSFORMATIONAL IMPACT: My vision is to minister alongside my husband Armin to disciple and train the young men of Vanuatu, for them to grow into godly and skilled men, husbands, and fathers. 

MY MINISTRY FOCUS: The South Pacific country of Vanuatu consists of 83 tiny islands of over 300,000 people who speak more than 100 languages! Due to numerous economic challenges, many of its residents are extremely impoverished and those from the smaller islands are often uneducated. This includes many young men whose parents struggle to pay for their school fees or provide opportunities for them.   

In response to the needs, my husband Armin and I established Impact Ministry Vanuatu in 2022. We seek to feed, house, and train on average 12-16 young men, ranging in ages from 12 to 21. We teach them the trades such as construction, mechanics, and carpentry, while also seeking to disciple them through regular Bible study and devotional times.   

Our desire is that these young men will one day obtain good jobs, in order to improve their lives and help provide for their families. We also are passionate to see them serve Christ and bring hope and healing to this tiny island nation.  

MY MINISTRY HISTORY: My husband Armin and I moved to Vanuatu separately in 2016 and 2015 respectively. We both had volunteered with various YWAM ministries, while Armin became the youth pastor at International Christian Church. We were married on the beach here in 2019 and then founded Impact Ministry in 2022. We have always both had such a heart for youth ministry: when we saw a fellow missionary opening his home to struggling young men, we felt compelled to do likewise.  

PRAYER REQUESTS: 

• For God to move powerfully in the lives of the young men we minister to at Impact Ministry.  

• For God to help us continue to expand Impact Ministry through our building project that will seek to house more young men and include more staff.  

• For God to keep us healthy and strong as we live in the jungle.
