Bob's calling, as a Mission Canada digital worker, is to be part of a Mobilizing Mentoring Movement. Bob is partnering with Keith Parks and Fred Fulford in mobilizing believers to become trainers of self-reproducing disciple makers. The team is using digital spaces, WebApp, training podcasts and webinars to reach Canada and beyond.

Bob has also felt a strong calling to "re-establish the prayer room" outside the church walls as he engages wholistically with people needing spiritual formation.

His theme prayer engagement verse is:

Pray also for me, that whenever I speak, words may be given me so that I will fearlessly make know the mystery of the gospel,
Ephesians 6:19 NIV

Bob's desire is to say with the Apostle Paul, "What then is my reward? Just this: that in preaching the gospel I may offer it free of charge," 1 Corinthians 9:18 NIV.
