In 1968, Robert Argue was compelled to create French Language Intensive Training for Evangelism.  Over the next 20+ years, that FLITE program equipped dozens of leaders with the French Language and resources needed to plant churches throughout the province. FLITE graduates sacrificially contributed to the cause of Christ and the lives of hundreds of Quebecois were changed as a result. 

Mission Canada, in partnership with the PAOC Districts and IBQ, have reinitiated a one year program called FIT4M to equip leaders with French language and cultural preparation to work in Francophone Canada. This French Intensive Training for Ministry, Mission, Mentorship, and Multiplication (FIT4M) program will match prospective workers with existing ministries and help establish new missional initiatives to advance the Gospel in the Francophone world.
