Mission Canada is excited to have a dear brother in the faith, JP Gopalan, join our missional agency and team of workers. JP was raised in India in the Hindu faith, but had a personal encounter with Christ in 1983.  JP has more than 25 years of ministry experience working with different language and cultural groups and with teens dealing with addiction. He has a tremendous passion for those who are under the dominions of religious bondages, atheism and various evils and addictive forces.  JP is convinced that no power can stop the saving power of the gospel when it is presented in Truth and with love. 

We encourage you to support JP as he seeks to make Christ known in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), a city rapidly changing due to migration.  Often immigrants come from countries where the message of Christ is banned from being shared. They are not allowed to profess or believe. Many have never heard the good news of Jesus. The spiritual battle is strong in our cities. Twenty-four per cent of Toronto’s population identifies themselves as non-religious, yet God is at work in the city!  JP is seeing people come to faith in Christ, and then discipled.  Will you partner with JP as we seek to be salt and light in the GTA?
