Ben Asante-Yirenkyi

Ben Asante-Yirenkyi was appointed to the General Executive in 2024 as a lay member and also serves as an executive member of the Western Ontario District. He worships at the Lighthouse Assembly of God Church in Etobicoke, Ontario, where he has demonstrated a passion for youth ministry and currently oversees the youth programs. Ben has been the treasurer at the Lighthouse Assembly of God and has held similar roles in various churches for over 25 years, showcasing his exceptional financial stewardship.

Professionally, Ben is the director of finance and analytics at Lawyers Financial, bringing over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Ben holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and Statistics from the University of Ghana and a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation from Canada.

Ben is married to Alberta, and they reside in Tottenham, Ontario, with their three children.
