PAOC Training Opportunities on Prayer and Evangelism
Dear pastors and church leaders,
We trust you have enjoyed reading and been inspired by this year’s PAOC gift book sent to credential holders entitled BY NAME: How to Pray for People and Lead Them to Jesus.
As we focus on Every Church a House of Prayer and Everyone Reaching One, we would like to invite you to two strategic online training events in May and June, designed to help you engage your church in prayer and relational evangelism to reach your city or town. These sessions will equip you with a clear vision and practical tools to pray for every person in your community by name—and mobilize your congregation to share the love of Christ in meaningful ways.
1. PRAY FOR ALL TRAINING FOR PASTORS AND KEY LEADERS
Date: Friday, May 23, 2025
Time: 1:00 p.m. EDT (90 minutes plus time for Q&A)
In this session, you’ll hear from Brian and Mercy Alarid, founders of World Prays, along with other leaders who are seeing communities transformed by unified prayer, service, and evangelism. You’ll gain a powerful vision for citywide prayer and practical next steps to mobilize your church in effective evangelism. Invite staff members who can help you implement the Pray for All strategy within your church.
2. IMPLEMENTATION TRAINING FOR MINISTRY TEAMS
Date: Thursday, June 12, 2025
Time: 1:00 p.m. EDT (90 minutes plus time for Q&A)
This session is specifically for the leaders and volunteers in your church who will help implement the prayer and evangelism strategy—prayer coordinators, small group leaders, children and student ministry leaders, outreach directors, and their teams. The Pray for All team will guide them through the implementation process and provide tools to make it sustainable and effective.
Both trainings will take place on Zoom, and we encourage you to register yourself and invite key leaders from your team to join you and have them register as well. You will find out more about PAOC’s partnership with Pray For All in these sessions. A Zoom button will be available for French translation.
