New David Wells Video ImageOffice Operations:

We have been closely monitoring the ongoing development of the COVID-19 (coronavirus) global pandemic. The health, safety and well-being of our staff here at the PAOC International Office and the ERDO staff in our building is of paramount importance. In response to the most recent developments this week, all of our employees have been set up to work from home until further notice. We have temporarily suspended the use of our office building until further notice, to do our part in helping to control the spread of COVID-19. We are thankful for a dedicated team who have worked tirelessly to transition their work environments in order to ensure they are available to you during normal work hours Monday to Friday. They are online and ready to serve your needs, and are available by phone or email. In this season it is imperative that we work diligently to provide exceptional service and support to our churches, credential holders, districts and our global and Mission Canada worker family. Please note that with staff being off-site during this time, we are still ensuring security-monitored daily mail delivery, so you can continue all of your usual activities which will be processed by staff. With the exception of making a visit to our office, you can contact any of our staff in the same manner as you may have done previously – see contact information below.  Our main reception line will transfer calls to all staff for both the PAOC and ERDO.

As you continue to plan for ongoing ministry and for back-to-church days ahead, orders for resources can still be placed through Wordcom Christian Resources at wordcom@paoc.org. www.wordcom.ca, or by calling Corinne Storms, our resource specialist at (905) 542-7400. We will do our best to process your orders in a timely manner, as stock is available, and can arrange for direct drop-shipments to a church or home address if possible.

We are in prayer for our churches and church leaders, our Bible colleges, district offices and the various ministries within our PAOC family.  Everyone is feeling the effects of this pandemic in these days. We are also remembering those who are ill at this time, or who may have lost a friend or loved one as a result of the spread of the virus, and are calling out to the Lord, our Protector and Healer. In the words of the Psalmist David, “O LORD my God, I called to you for help and you healed me” (Psalm 30:2, NIV). “I will say of the LORD, ‘He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust’” (Psalm 91:2, NIV). We are believing with you that the Lord will do incredible works in these days and that there will be a great harvest unlike anything we have ever seen.

Kindest regards in Christ,
David Wells, General Superintendent of The Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada
