This position is a permanent, part-time (0.7 Full Time Equivalent) Pastoral Team position with a 24.5-hour workweek.
The compensation package includes:

Compensation:
o Grid-based salary ranging between $44,601-$53,395 based on years of related experience

Responsibilities
General Spiritual Leadership – 15% (0.1 FTE)
• Sunday Gathering Involvement
• Participation in Morning Prayer and Team Meetings
• Initiate professional and spiritual growth
• Supports and contributes alongside the ministry team, within broader church community initiatives, Sunday gatherings, and general church initiatives.
Music Network – 85% (0.6 FTE)
Logistical Network oversight for LWC services
o Serve as the Music Network Coordinator which serves over multiple gatherings each Sunday.
o Work with Service Planning Team on planning and organizing Sunday services and special and seasonal events.
o Provide leadership among music network to ensure Sunday services are served with competent musicians and capable worship leaders.
o Work together with pastoral team and lay-leaders on ideas for Sunday gatherings preparation and planning.
o Partners with and has technical support from the Communications Director (stage and board set up, on screen oversight, etc).
Music Network Development and Care
o Establish a clear and comprehensive strategy for development and care.
o Recognize, train, and release new leaders and musicians.
o Improving, developing, and executing strategies for scheduling, leader resources and Network tools as needed (such as Planning Centre, Proclaim, CCLI).
o Pastor current leaders and musicians specifically those in need.
o Support Youth Pastor to ensure the development of younger musicians and worship leaders.
Support and planning of LWC musical needs
o Help imagine and lead special or seasonal gatherings (Easter, Christmas, etc.)
o Liaise with Ministry Team for needs arising within various ministries (including funerals) of LWC, helping discover solutions for said needs.
Required Skills
This position requires:
• A Christian character above reproach, an embracing of Pentecostal theology (PAOC statement of fundamental & essential truths), and an ability to embody Living Waters’ values.
• A person who is highly organized, detail orientated, a self-starter, a good communicator, a problem solver, patient learner with proficient computer skills, and who is capable and willing to lead in their area of oversight.
• The completion of a post-secondary diploma/degree from a bible college or related education an asset.
• Ministerial credentials with the PAOC, or ability to retain them.
• The ability to set and manage priorities as well as a healthy work-life balance.
• Someone personable, approachable, and patient who can work well within a team setting.
• Experience in Pastoral ministry and Music Ministry.
