Lead Pastor — New Life Church, Kindersley, SK New Life Church, a PAOC congregation in Kindersley, Saskatchewan, is seeking a full-time pastor to join our team and help lead our church into a deeper walk with Jesus Christ. We are looking for someone with a heart for preaching, pastoral care, discipleship, and outreach, who will work collaboratively with our Board to serve our congregation and community. Our mission is simple: “Love God and love people.” About the Role This is a full-time pastoral position with responsibility for spiritual leadership, preaching, teaching, pastoral care, and church-wide ministry development. The successful candidate will help provide leadership for the church’s vision, discipleship, outreach, and day-to-day ministry life in partnership with the Board. Key Responsibilities • Preach and teach the Word of God in a biblically grounded, Spirit-led manner. • Provide pastoral care, including counseling, hospital/home visits, and discipleship. • Work with the Board in planning, vision, and church health. • Equip and encourage volunteers, leaders, and emerging ministers. • Lead and support outreach to Kindersley and the surrounding area. • Help oversee church ministries, facilities, and programs. Qualifications • A credential holder in good standing with the PAOC, or qualified and willing to obtain PAOC credentials. • Theology degree or equivalent considered. • Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident of Canada. • Demonstrated pastoral, preaching, and leadership experience.
