PAOC Prayer - Your Update for the Week of July 20, 2020

Re-revised PAOC Prayer Banner

PAOC Prayer is a weekly communication of prayer requests sent from The PAOC International Office in Mississauga, Ont. To download a PDF version of PAOC Prayer, please click here.

Join us this week in praying for these specific needs in our nation, our world, and in our PAOC family of workers, both internationally and in Canada. If you have received this communication as a forwarded message and want to sign up for weekly prayer updates, click here.

CANADA—ALBERTA
A glacier sightseeing bus in Jasper National Park crashed on Saturday (July 18), killing three people and injuring 24. Pray that God will grant comfort and peace to everyone impacted, especially those who have lost friends and family. Pray for physical and emotional healing for the survivors as they recover from their injuries. Pray also for more opportunities for the gospel to be shared, and that God will draw more people to faith in Christ.

Phil & Judy Bowler
GUINEA
Pray for Phil and Judy as they minister to and serve the people around them, and that more people will become disciples of Jesus in Guinea and throughout Africa. Pray for the wisdom needed to work effectively alongside the Alleluia churches. Pray for protection for Phil and Judy and for national believers. Pray also for the country of Guinea, that greater stability would come to them as a nation.

WORLDWIDE
Please continue to pray for God’s intervention in the spread of the coronavirus, which has infected more than 14,263,200, and killed nearly 602,250 people around the world.1 Pray for healing for those infected with COVID-19, and comfort for those whose loved ones have passed away. May God continually strengthen and protect frontline and essential workers. Pray that, as many countries are easing some restrictions, their economies will respond well, and there will not be a second wave of the virus. Pray for protection and provision for people in developing countries who are malnourished and more vulnerable to this disease. Pray also for PAOC global workers who are remaining in the countries where they have been called to minister, and who are continuing to serve their communities with excellence during this global pandemic.
