Ministry Focus: Steve and Heather's ministry is African Missions Mobilization. They are based at PAOC's Missions Training Centre (MET) in Pretoria, South Africa which offers Intensive Missions Training for African Church Leaders. Mobilizing the African church for missions is key to reaching the 350 million people in Africa who have no access to the gospel. Steve does missions training in English, Portuguese and French at MET and in missions seminars in Southern Africa.
Ministry History: Steve and Heather began their missions ministry with PAOC in 1983. They served in Brazil for 17 years doing leadership development in Recife, Fortaleza and São Paulo. From Brazil they were called to Mozambique in 2000 to lead PAOC's missions team and Leadership Training Centre in Maputo. In 2006 Steve was called to Nairobi, Kenya to give leadership to the entire PAOC team in Africa. In 2017, Steve passed the leadership to the Africa Region to Jeremy Feller and went to Quebec for 4 months to study French for his new ministry in Missions Mobilization. Steve has travelled widely across Africa and has established strong relationships with the leadership of the African Church. Throughout the years Heather has served alongside with a special emphasis on the administration of ChildCARE Plus ministries.

- For divine provision for the Missions Training Centre and mobile missions seminars in Africa.
