OUR TRANSFORMATIONAL IMPACT: Our vision is to help provide those training for ministry with sound theological education through teaching opportunities at seminaries and Bible colleges all over the world.
OUR MINISTRY FOCUS: Out of the approximately 2.4 million pastors in the world, only 10% of them have had some form of theological training. Moreover, many Bible colleges and seminaries oftentimes struggle to find qualified faculty to train their students and/or lack the necessary curriculum for their classrooms.
Having witnessed these types of needs for many years, I (Stefan) currently serve as an itinerate and adjunct faculty at over ten seminaries and Bible colleges worldwide. Throughout my ministry, I have been honoured to teach in 41 countries. My goal in the classroom is to teach a whole range of courses, to give students a solid theological foundation, for them to become effective ministers of the gospel.
On the weekends, I often teach at conferences and preach at evangelistic outreaches and in local churches. I also mentor many pastors and church leaders, often over 100 annually. I (Barbara) am the administrator for our ministry, managing all of our travel details, scheduling, booking events, and handling all our communications myself. We work seamlessly together in our desire to serve the greater church through our teaching ministry.
OUR MINISTRY HISTORY: We have been in ministry for over 50 years. For the first 22 years, we pastored in local churches in Canada and the US. We then transitioned to ministry overseas and have served in various capacities for many years, including becoming global workers in 2014. I (Stefan) have a Ph.D. in theology from the University of South Florida and have written a number of books, including theological textbooks used in a number of Bible colleges and seminaries.

For God continue to raise up godly and biblically trained leaders all over the world to reach their communities for Christ.
For God to continue to pour out His Spirit on many through various evangelistic outreaches: we need to see more healings, miracles, and a mighty move of the Spirit.
For God to protect us as we travel and give us much-needed health and strength as we have been serving for many years.
