Synergising Enterprise for Empowerment and Discipleship
Across Africa, poverty remains a persistent challenge despite the efforts of churches and development agencies. In many communities, economic hardship continues to disrupt discipleship and limit opportunities for growth and transformation. The SEED Initiative responds to this need by equipping Africa’s next generation of entrepreneurs to integrate faith, enterprise and impact, creating sustainable change from the ground up.
SEED is built on the belief that when faith and enterprise work together, individuals and communities are transformed. By nurturing both spiritual and economic development, the initiative empowers young leaders to become agents of lasting change within their own contexts.
Our vision is to see a generation of Christ-centered entrepreneurs who establish businesses that contribute to spiritual, social, and economic renewal. Africa’s youth are rich in potential, yet often constrained by limited access to resources, training, and opportunity. SEED addresses these barriers through: practical business training and mentorship; the cultivation of a strong theology of work and discipleship; and supporting faith-driven entrepreneurship that serves and transforms communities.
