Location: Scott, Melissa, Sophia, and Hudson are currently serving in the vibrant city of Barcelona, Spain. They have dedicated their lives to making a difference in this beautiful and diverse community

Ministry Focus: We are passionate about seeing Barcelona transformed by the power of Jesus. In a city where less than 2% of people know Him personally—a percentage similar to Syria—we are called to reach the spiritually lost, disciple the next generation, and build a strong, gospel-centered community that will impact Spain for years to come.

Many in Spain have grown up surrounded by cathedrals, yet they’ve never truly heard the Gospel. Faith is often seen as a cultural relic rather than a living relationship with Jesus. Families are spiritually disconnected, and young people are growing up with no foundation of faith. Our mission is to change that reality—one life, one family at a time.

As part of the leadership team at the International Church of Barcelona (ICB), we are actively shaping the present and future of the church in Spain. Scott serves as Director of Expansion, leading church growth, new campuses, and a multi-million-dollar project to secure a permanent home for ICB. He is also developing strategic business ventures, like our community-driven café, to reach people beyond traditional church settings. Melissa serves as ICB’s Global Children’s Pastor, developing a multi-language children’s curriculum, training leaders, and creating spaces where kids can encounter Jesus.

We work alongside an incredible team of pastors, volunteers, and global workers, investing in the next generation of leaders and laying the foundation for a church that will impact Spain for generations to come. From major expansion projects to intimate discipleship moments, everything we do is focused on seeing Spain awakened to the Gospel.

We believe the future of the church in Spain is strong, growing, and full of life. And we won’t stop until every person has the chance to know Jesus.

Our Vision: We dream of a Barcelona where lives are truly transformed by Jesus—where families who have never known Him find hope, children grow up rooted in faith, and the church becomes a beacon in a spiritually dry land. Our vision is to build lasting spaces for discipleship, equip leaders, and see a new generation rise up to carry the Gospel across Spain.

Ministry History: We have been serving in global ministry since 2008, following God’s call to reach the nations. Our journey began with a year of language training in Costa Rica, preparing us for 12 years of ministry in El Salvador with King’s Castle Ministries, where we trained leaders, led evangelistic outreach, and discipled the next generation.

In 2019, God led us to Spain, where we partnered with the International Church of Barcelona (ICB),
Through our education, years of hands-on ministry, and deep love for the local church, we are committed to seeing Spain transformed by the Gospel—building the future, one life at a time.

Prayer Requests:

Financial Provision- As we push forward with major expansion projects and continue investing in the lives of those we serve, we’re believing for new partners to join us in this mission.
Our Family’s Future –Our children Sophia and Hudson are growing up, and big decisions are ahead. Pray for wisdom and provision as they step into adulthood, pursue education, and navigate all that God has for them.
Kingdom Impact in Spain – With less than 2% of Spain following Jesus, we are praying for hearts to be softened, doors to be opened, and a powerful move of God in this nation. Pray for strength, wisdom, and protection as we lead and serve.
