Rwanda is is still recovering from the 1994 genocide but has made tremendous progress in redeveloping its nation and its people. In 1998, the PAOC founded Christian Life Assembly, a multicultural English-speaking church community in Kigali.

CLA has many ministries which benefit the community. One of them is Iranzi Clinic, licensed and opened in 2016 .They are urgently in need of raising operational funds to offer high quality compassionate maternity care for women and their babies.
