We have a passion to reach the Guinean people with the gospel; and to fulfill our passion, we equip the church in Guinea to evangelize.
Ministry Focus: With a population of 13,422,000, about 11,671,000 or 87.0% of the people in Guinea are unreached. We are specifically invested in reaching the next generation, fostering the lives of new believers, and caring for the poor and marginalized, realized through our work at the Sonfonia Health and Training Centre and our church planting efforts.
Resources for new believers are nearly non-existent. The lack of training and mentorship leaves new believers at risk of becoming stagnant in their faith. Our goal is that new believers will be discipled through church plants and Godly instruction, so that they stand firm in their faith, mobilizing to reach friends, coworkers, and neighbours through personal testimony.
Our focus is to see Bible curriculum designed to equip leaders with essential biblical truths so that they fulfil their pastoral callings. Additionally, at the Training Centre we disciple believers to evangelize within their communities.
This will be done in relationship with the Eglise Hallelua Church and leaders, and in partnership with global workers, Phil and Judy Bowler.
Your Impact: Your support will train new believers in Guinea to become fully empowered to transform their communities through evangelism.
Ministry History: I (Innocent) graduated from a Pentecostal Bible college in the DR Congo, which opened the door to over 10 years of pastoring in the DR Congo and Rwanda. Serving as the secretary general of the Association of the Pentecostal Churches of Rwanda (ADEPR) positioned us to minister to Rwandans who were traumatized by the genocide that took place two years prior. During our time in Rwanda, I led many gospel crusades, fostered a successful pastoral care ministry, and hosted leadership seminars across Rwanda.
Between 2008 – 2010 I was the assistant pastor at Gospel Centre Pentecostal church in Edmonton, Alberta. From 2013- 2020 we pastored Goshen Christian Assembly, a church we planted in Edmonton, Alberta.
Since 2017, both Immaculee and I have maintained secular jobs, while serving at Goshen Christian Assembly in our free time and weekends.
For our mentors, Phil and Judy Bowler, to receive Godly direction
For God to open the hearts of the unreached and marginalized people of Guinea
For God’s favor on us as we begin a new life in Guinea
