Location: Africa & Middle East – Canada Based
Vision Statement: To impact a nation through developing and releasing leaders of integrity.
Ministry Focus: Corruption has a devastating impact on institutions, companies, and countries. In light of this, I will be developing teams of dynamic and influential leaders who will be able to lead their companies, institutions, and countries with a focus on integrity. These leaders of integrity will become the yeast that raises the quality and character in their spheres of influence. I will be partnering with CLI - Commissioning a Lifestyle of Integrity. CLI enters a country upon invitation; many of these invitations are coming from national campus ministry organizations. CLI is currently working in Kenya, Sierra Leonne, and Zambia. When I am deployed, I will be initiating a new pro-integrity campaign with local leadership. In partnership with the CLI team, we are discerning the exact destination. We are exploring invitations to partner in Ghana, Nigeria, Zimbabwe, and Colombia.
Ministry History: I am the Pastor of Converge Community Church in Winnipeg, which is located on the doorstep of University of Manitoba Campus. I started Converge in 2014 and My wife Tammy is a Mission Canada worker at the University. She started the student ministry Segue in 2010. Through the years we have had the privilege to ministry with many students from a variety of background at both the church and campus ministry. After 16 years of Campus Ministry, we can safely say that Campus ministry is Global Ministry. I see the opportunity to join CLI as an extension of our current ministries and will build a synergistic relationship between the ministries both in Canada and around the world.

- Pray for the local leaders that we will be working in the country where we establishing the integrity movement.
- Pray for continued synergy between the ministries of Converge, Segue and the new global work.
