Vision Statement: My ministry vision is to help worship ministry leaders, musicians, and volunteers thrive by providing training and mentorship in what I call the "Total Worship Leadership" approach: theology, musicianship, leadership, spirituality, and technology.
My dream is to take my 35 + years of worship ministry and 20 + years of college professorship and deliver high quality training, resources and mentorship to everyone everywhere - from local church to global impact.
Ministry Focus: I’ve made it my mission to help worshipers everywhere awaken their calling, sharpen their craft, and live their worship. My desire is to deliver high quality training resources and mentorship that solves the geography and economic barriers by making my expertise available to everyone everywhere - via online or in-person.
Ministry History: I am an Ordained Ministry in the PAOC and the Music Leadership and Worship Arts Program Director at Summit Pacific College. I have 35 years of pastoral ministry experience and 20 + years of being a college professor at such places as Christ for the Nations (Canada), Pacific Life Bible College, Center For Ministry Excellence (TWU), and Summit Pacific College.

- For open doors to provide quality training in as many places and to as many people as possible
- For finances to come that will allow me to build my ministry vision so I can go and provide resources and training unhindered
- For spiritual protection over me, my wife (Nancy) and my 3 boys (Elisha, Malachi, and Theo)
