Location: Cambodia, Southeast Asia

Ministry Focus: Noel and Marnie have served with Asian Outreach (AO) since 1990. They have lived in Hong Kong and Thailand and now spend up to six months per year in Cambodia and other parts of the region. Noel continues to lead Asian Outreach in North America, building partnerships, developing resources and sharing the needs and vision with churches and donors. Spending greater blocks of time in Southeast Asia will give the Hutchinsons more time to work directly with both PAOC and Asian Outreach teams and projects. Noel and Marnie are very grateful for the partnership and support of the PAOC.
