Ministry Location: Portugal, Eurasia

Ministry Focus: Fernando and Teresa are currently living in Portugal. They are volunteers in missions working with low income families.  Their goal is to develop a family center which will provide urgently needed services to hurting families. The services will include  Family/Marriage counseling, women's and children outreach, teaching and discipleship. They've already established a Bible study group and a prayer group. Teresa is doing ladies ministry and teaching the children. They are now fundraising  for the building where they can housing their ministry.

 Ministry History: Fernando was raised in Toronto, but always had a heart for Portugal. After he finished college, he went to live in Portugal for several years to learn the culture and the language. While there he met Teresa and got married. Fernando has degrees in Christian Counseling and Education. Since 1996 Fernando and Teresa  had the privilege to work alongside with Portuguese speaking churches in Ontario pastoring, teaching and helping families with many issues. Over time they have been involved in short term missions.

• Favour with finances and more monthly partners.

• Clear vision on the ground, favour to acquire a place to do ministry, counselling and after school help for children less fortunate.

• Volunteers totally dedicated to the cause.

• An outpouring of the Holy Spirit  over the lives of the people and ministry.
