This Mission Canada was born and raised in South Asia and has been witnessing Christ since they were a teenager right after accepting Christ as their personal Lord and Saviour. After college they began to focus on evangelistic ministry among college and university students and often also with street ministries. The Lord has brought many into His kingdom through those humble efforts. However, when Muslim friends challenged this worker about their faith and reasons for their belief, they realized the need to know more about Islam. This started a whole new chapter in their life. Moreover, many of their close friends are Muslim; their heart is burdened for them. God opened the opportunity for this worker to study Islam under practicing Muslim scholars along with practical field experience. As a worker among Muslims in the Durham Region, they are compelled to reach the more than 150,000 Muslims living there. And many more Muslims are still moving to Durham. Reaching these dear friends with the gospel of Christ for eternal life is necessary.
