Dan Collado
Indigenous Peoples Coordinator
Dan and his wife Belinda have been serving the Lord in full-time ministry since 1993. Along with his role as the Indigenous Peoples Coordinator for Mission Canada, Dan is also the Executive Director of Aboriginal Bible Academy (ABA). Having pastored in remote fly-in communities in both Northern Ontario and Nunavut, Dan continues to have a passion for reaching and equipping Indigenous Peoples across Canada with the gospel and leadership training.
Dan has personally witnessed the transformative power of God in many lives, and his vision is to see Indigenous Peoples empowered to use their gifts and potential for God's glory, not only in their own communities, but in all of Canada and the rest of the world. Indigenous Peoples, too, are called to be His witnesses in their Jerusalems, Judeas and in the uttermost parts of the earth!
Three Fun Things Dan Likes About Canada:
- The varied topography found in our great country, from the ruggedness of the Newfoundland coast, the tundra of central northern Canada, the great plains of the prairies, to the mountains and Douglas firs of BC - it's all beautiful!
- Watching the winter Olympics where there is always plenty of Canadian content.
- Real maple syrup and authentic poutine from Quebec.
