Job Description
We are looking for a person with a missional heart to help lead our church in reaching Elementary and High School students with the hope of Christ. This person should be able to lead teams, should be passionate about engaging with unchurched families in the community, and able to inspire others to serve.
Required Skills
Team leadership, developing others, self motivated
Education Required
Ideally some formal ministry training (Bible College), or at least a Discipleship Training (YWAM, etc.), and willing to take courses to attain a Recognition of Ministry Credential with the PAOC.
Experience Required
Kids ministry, youth ministry, event planning, French language an asset but not required.
