Job Description
The Administrative Secretary is a permanent part-time salaried position which includes benefits. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the office's day-to-day operations, including answering phones scheduling appointments, filing documents, and composing clear and concise correspondence.
Required Skills
• Keyboarding skills and expertise in computer technology (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, databases, presentation packages, and financial applications).
• Ability to take initiative, work independently, and cautiously maintain confidential information.
• Excellent work organization and time management skills and ability to meet deadlines and deal with conflicting priorities and work demands.
• Experience responding to emergencies and dealing with stressful situations.
