Ministry Focus: Since Impact School of Mission Southeast Asia’s inception in 2012, it has mobilized students from all over the world to serve in the nations in Southeast Asia through its internship training program.

ISM SEA is a Holy Spirit-led missions training school, offering one month of hands-on and in-class training by experienced global workers and national partners. Interns are regularly mentored as they serve with one of our ministry partners in Southeast Asia. ISM is the perfect choice for people between the ages of 17 and 30 who are looking to explore their calling to overseas missions, or to fulfill a formal college or university internship.  We believe that the Holy Spirit is raising up a generation of young adults who are longing to live their lives with purpose and are willing to GO, and serve, and many past interns have returned to the mission field.

Ministry History: Sandra McIntosh founded ISM in 2012 and was the Director of ISM SEA until 2016, when she became the young adult Pastor at Bethel in Ottawa, Ontario. She is pleased to take on the role of the Canadian Representative for ISM Global.
