Job Description
A full-time Youth Pastor is a key leadership role dedicated to nurturing and guiding the spiritual formation of our students from Gr. 5 through Gr. 12.
Direct Report: Associate Pastor Key Responsibilities
● Develop and implement a comprehensive youth ministry paradigm that aligns with who we are and why we exist.
● Lead programming that results in measurable increases in youth attendance, engagement and spiritual growth.
● Create engaging, Scripture-based content.
● Help students experience community.
● Facilitate spiritual formation and practical application in the daily life of our youth.
● Identify, develop, and empower student ministry volunteers.
● Create a culture of leadership and service.

Education Required
Theological training or ministry-related education. Practical ministry experience and demonstrated leadership in similar roles will be considered.
Experience Required
Qualifications Experienced Ministry Leadership: Demonstrable leadership experience in youth ministry in multicultural & multigenerational contexts.
