Job Description
The Next Generation Pastor is responsible to oversee the growth, development, and discipleship of kids and youth at Living Faith Church. The Next Generation Pastor will serve as the spiritual leader and role model for the kids and youth within the kids and youth ministries and leaders serving within these ministries. The Next Generation Pastor will facilitate relational connection and spiritual growth of kids and youth through weekly gatherings, groups, leader teams, and special events.

Education Required
A Bible school diploma or degree is preferred.
Experience Required
All experience that is applicable to this position will be considered.
