Ministry Focus: Encouraging, learning, participating, and growing in ministry opportunities and experiences. Jonathan has been through 3 years of Bible College pursuing ministry and using ingenuity to grow each ministry he is a part of. His passion is people and seeing them come to Christ. Jonathan will be partnering with global workers in Ethiopia on an internship. There he will be supporting the global workers in their efforts to reach the local people of Ethiopia through the use of his God-given gifts and strengths. Here opportunities for new cultural understanding and excursions will provide him with new perspectives. Jonathan has the opportunity to teach in bible colleges, work with young adults and youth, and travel within Ethiopia to teach of biblical theology.
Ministry History: Jonathan is a fourth year bible college student in his theology degree of intercultural studies. Since a young age he has pursued missions as his calling for the future. He has worked within the youth program of his local church for 4 years building relationships with students and helping create new opportunities for growth within the program. Additionally, Jonathan has worked within day camps and other volunteering opportunities to expand his capacities within ministry. Through the years he has been given opportunities to experience short-term missions and internships within a church gaining a wider perspective on ministry and what it entails. Jonathan works to expand his perspective and gain opportunities that will benefit his capacity for ministry in the future.
