OUR TRANSFORMATIONAL IMPACT: Our vision is to provide pastors and leaders the tools to become effective leaders while also seeking to combat human trafficking throughout Europe.
OUR MINISTRY FOCUS: In Europe, the evangelical church is estimated to be only 2% of the population. Yet various churches are growing rapidly with many leaders and pastors seeking to bring the gospel to their people.
Our main role is to come alongside these passionate leaders to encourage them to fulfil their dreams. We work and consult with leaders and other organizations to implement existing strategies and build their capacity. This work has helped establish and develop many initiatives around Europe like the Slovak Missions Network that is preparing and sending Slovak global workers around the world.
I (Sheldon) also serve as the interim director for the European Freedom Network (EFN), the largest evangelical anti-human trafficking network in Europe with over 60 members and 100 partner organizations. My role includes leading the team, communicating with partners, and implementing the activities of EFN.
We also both serve on the leadership team and as the mission pastors for City Church Bratislava. We seek to strength the current ministry of the church, develop the next generation, and guide the Slovak church to become more mission focused.

OUR MINISTRY HISTORY: I (Sheldon) am from Vancouver, Canada, while I (Anna) am from Topolcany, Slovakia. After meeting in Slovakia, we were married in Vancouver in 2000. Shortly after, we moved to England to spearhead a leadership development program throughout 10 countries. In 2006, we moved to Nitra, Slovakia, to help plant a Pentecostal church there. Then in 2012, we started pastoring Bratislava International Fellowship. In 2018, I (Sheldon) began working as a missional consultant for European organizations. I (Anna) served as an associate pastor at City Church Bratislava from 2018 to 2023.
PRAYER REQUESTS:
For God to help more churches to grow in their ability to be a missional force in Europe.
For God to give us the means to operate in faith as we work with national leaders and churches.
For God to guide us as we parent our preteen/teenage daughters and continued grace as we journey through moments of loss and hardship.
